By accessing or using NoCodeNode's website, services, or content ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

NoCodeNode provides the following services:

• Micro SaaS Services: Both free and paid automated services, including Telegram bots and other automation tools

• N8N Workflows: Free and paid downloadable workflow templates

• Community Resources: Free tools and resources for automation enthusiasts

All Services are clearly labeled as either "Free" or "Paid" on our website.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

• All information you provide to us is accurate and current

Note: While we do not impose a minimum age requirement, users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain Services, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address

• A username (optional)

• Telegram account information (for Telegram bot services)

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4.3 Account Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support[at]nocodenode.com. Upon termination:

• Your access to paid services will cease

• Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

• No refunds will be automatically issued (see Section 6.4)

4.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months will be subject to deletion. We will send a reminder email 30 days before deletion to the email address associated with your account.

5.1 Availability

Free Services are provided at our sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5.2 Usage Limits

Some free Services may have usage limits including but not limited to:

• API call limits

• Workflow execution limits

• Storage limits

• Number of bot interactions

Specific limits will be clearly stated for each service where applicable.

5.3 No Guarantee

Free Services are provided "as-is" with no guarantees of availability, functionality, or support.

6.1 Pricing and Payment

Paid Services are available through:

• One-time payments (for certain services and premium workflows)

• Recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual, as specified)

All prices are displayed in EURO and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers:

• Stripe

• PayPal

By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors. We do not store your payment information.

6.3 Billing

For recurring subscriptions:

• You will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file

• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current

6.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a refund:

6.5 Free Trials

• How to cancel before being charged

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the service.

6.6 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time by:

• Following cancellation instructions in your account dashboard (if available)

Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period

• No refund will be provided for the remaining period unless otherwise determined on a case-by-case basis

• No further charges will be made

7.1 NoCodeNode's Intellectual Property

All content on NoCodeNode, including but not limited to:

• Website design and code

• Blog posts and articles

• Paid N8N workflows

• Paid micro SaaS services

• Logos, trademarks, and branding

• Documentation and tutorials (premium)

...is owned by NoCodeNode and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 License to Use Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes

• Download and use free N8N workflows for personal or commercial use

7.3 Paid Content - Restricted License

For paid workflows and premium content, you are granted a limited license with the following restrictions:

You MAY:

• Use the workflows for your personal or business purposes

• Modify the workflows for your own use

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share paid workflows with others

• Publish paid workflows on public repositories or websites

• Claim ownership of paid workflows

• Remove or modify copyright notices

Copyright Protection: All paid workflows and premium content are copyrighted materials. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing is a violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law, and may result in legal action.

7.4 Free Content License

Free N8N workflows are provided under a more permissive license:

• You may use, modify, and distribute free workflows

• Attribution to NoCodeNode is appreciated but not required

• No warranty is provided for free workflows

7.5 Blog Content

Blog posts and articles are protected by copyright. You may:

• Share links to our blog posts

• Quote brief excerpts with proper attribution

• Use content for personal, non-commercial purposes

You may not republish entire articles without written permission.

7.6 Trademarks

"NoCodeNode" and our logos are trademarks of NoCodeNode. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

8.1 Illegal Activities

• Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation

• Engage in fraudulent activities

• Facilitate illegal activities of any kind

8.2 Abuse and Misuse

• Abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or our staff

• Spam or send unsolicited messages through our services

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Services

• Use automated systems to access Services in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

8.3 Harmful Activities

• Introduce viruses, malware, or any malicious code

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services

• Attempt to bypass any security or usage limitations

8.4 Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of NoCodeNode or any third party

• Resell or redistribute paid workflows or premium content

• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

8.5 Misrepresentation

• Impersonate NoCodeNode, our staff, or other users

• Provide false or misleading information

• Create multiple accounts to abuse free services or trials

9.1 Termination by NoCodeNode

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms

• Illegal activity

• Abuse of Services or staff

• Non-payment for paid Services

• Fraudulent activity

• Any conduct we deem harmful to NoCodeNode, other users, or third parties

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases

• We may delete your account and all associated data

• You remain liable for any outstanding payments

• No refunds will be provided for prepaid services unless required by law

• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive

9.3 Data After Termination

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about data retention and deletion after account termination.

10.1 "As-Is" Service

All Services are provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied.

We do NOT guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• Any specific uptime or availability

• That Services will meet your specific requirements

• That errors or defects will be corrected

• That Services are free from viruses or harmful components

10.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time

• Change features, functionality, or availability

• Update pricing for new subscribers (existing subscribers will receive 30 days' notice)

• Impose new or additional rules and limitations

• Unscheduled maintenance or technical issues

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Quality, accuracy, or reliability of Services

12.2 No Liability for Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOCODENODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Business interruption

• Cost of substitute services

• Any damages resulting from:

12.3 Maximum Liability

IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, WE ARE FOUND LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED:

• For paid Services: the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

• For free Services: ZERO (€0)

12.4 Basis of the Bargain

You acknowledge that:

• These limitations are a fundamental basis of our agreement

• We would not provide Services without these limitations

• These limitations will apply even if any limited remedy fails its essential purpose

12.5 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoCodeNode, its owner, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

For material changes:

• Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance
